Caprese Salad
- Tomatoes
- Mozzarella
- Basil
- Balsamic Vinegar
- EVOO
- S&P
Slice up a tomato, layer it with fresh mozzarella and basil, and drench in balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Sprinkle it all with salt and pepper and let it marinate for a bit (while your main meal cooks).
